Overcoming an addiction is a process and takes time. The Church's Addiction Recovery Programs sees best results after several years of consistent attendance. It is common for an individual to work through 6 different programs before lasting change. It is also beneficial for those who have recovered to continue to attend the Church's Addiction Recovery Program to give back and help others overcome their addictive tendencies. A foundation for overcoming any addiction is employment.
